Fees Policy

Under our terms of enrolment*, HiTec requires that all programme fees must be paid in full on or before the commencement date of the programme.  If a learner wishes to apply for a refund of fees and cancellation of place on programme s/he may do so by requesting a Refund Request form and submitting it along with proof of fees paid i.e. the original receipt of fees paid. This application is only valid if submitted prior to the commencement of the programme and is within 28 days of having applied for the programme.

International Students

All learners, upon receipt of their admission letter from HiTec, and who obtain their student visa, are not entitled to any refund of programme fees paid.  If a learner is denied a student visa and would like to apply for a refund of the most recently paid fees, s/he may do so by requesting a Refund Request form and submitting it along with proof of fees paid i.e. the original receipt, and a rejection letter from the Irish Government.  This application is only valid if submitted prior to the commencement of the programme and is within 28 days of having applied for the programme.

N.B. All programme fees include administration costs and under no circumstances will these be refunded.

*Although every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of all published information, it is subject to amendments due to programme revisions, policy changes or other restrictions.  Except where stated, all fees are non-refundable.

About Galway PDF Print E-mail

Galway is a city known far and wide for its youthful vigor, thriving nightlife, and cultural magnetism. Much of this is due, in part, to the nearly 20,000 students that flood into the city from all corners of Ireland, and the rest of the world, every year. With the students comes youth, excitement, curiosity and energy, and this added dimension makes Galway the place to be for visiting students.
